MSR 로테이터의 주요 기능은 다음과 같습니다.

Description

Pine Research사의 MSR evo Rotator는 전 세계적에서 가장 널리 사용되는 MSR Rotator 로테이터의 최신 버전입니다. 이 유연한 전기화학 기기는 RDE, RRDE 및 RCE 실험에 사용할 수 있습니다.

전극의 회전 속도는 모터 제어 장치의 전면 패널에 있는 제어 노브를 사용하여 조정할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 Potentiostat 또는 타사 파형 발생기가 제공하는 아날로그 제어 신호를 통해 제어할 수 있습니다. 회전 속도는 전면 패널의 LCD 디스플레이를 사용하여 볼 수 있습니다. 회전 속도는 0~11,000RPM 범위에서 조정할 수 있으며 디스플레이 판독값의 1% 이내로 정확합니다. 전면 패널에서 사용할 수 있는 회전 속도에 비례하는 출력 신호를 통해 회전 속도를 모니터링할 수도 있습니다.

회전 속도는 사인파, 구형파 또는 기타 외부에서 생성된 파형에 의해 제어 및 변조될 수 있습니다. 모터와 모터의 제어 회로의 뛰어난 가속 특성으로 인해 회전 속도가 매우 작은 오류로 제어 파형을 따를 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 HMV(Hydrodynamic Modulation Voltammetry)와 같은 기술에 특히 바람직합니다.

로테이터의 모터는 셀 받침대로부터 쉽게 올리거나 내릴 수 있어 전극팁을 빠르고 쉽게 담그거나 제거할 수 있습니다. 인클로저 베이스는 내화학성 폴리프로필렌으로 만들어졌으며 커다란 인클로저 창을 통해 작동 중 회전하는 쉽게 볼 수 있습니다. (글러브 박스 또는 흄 후드에서 제품을 사용하기 위해 더 작은 베이스가 별도로 제공됩니다.)

전극은 실버-카본 브러시를 사용하여 회전축에 연결됩니다. 두 쌍의 브러시가 있는데 빨간색은 디스크용이고 파란색은 링용입니다.
